Overview of the Thrift Financial Report (TFR)
This course is designed for those involved with the required quarterly filing of all savings associations - the TFR.
The course provides general information about the electronic filing of the TFR, public vs. nonpublic information, the OTS Financial Reporting Division, correcting filing errors etc.
It reviews in detail both the Consolidated Statement of Condition (Schedule SC) and the Statement of Operations (Schedule SO).
It also includes a "walk through" of the typical TFR including discussions about all of the following Schedules:
Schedule VA - Consolidated Valuation Allowances and Related Data Schedule PD - Consolidated Past Due and Nonaccrual Schedule CC - Consolidated Commitments and Contingencies Schedule CF - Consolidated Cash Flow Information Schedule DI - Consolidated Deposit Information Schedule SQ - Consolidated Supplemental Questions Schedule CSS - Subordinate Organization Schedule

The course is normally one and one-half days long, but it can be streamlined for one-day coverage.
